Randy Tahtinen and Josiah Savage began their journey together at a virtual production studio. While Randy focused on developing and designing pitch decks for film and television projects, Josiah excelled in directing and editing large-scale TV commercials. Their shared passion for filmmaking and a desire to create projects that truly resonate led them to envision a new approach to production. Seeking to foster a culture of creativity without fear, they began exploring meditation and contemplation as a means to transform the industry.

Their early experiments in creating such environments on the weekends—hence the name Weekend Productions—proved fruitful, inspiring them to expand their efforts into full-time endeavors. Today, Weekend Productions boasts a talented and dedicated team who embrace this unique culture. Together, they are working on a diverse range of projects, including feature-length documentaries, shorts, television series, and feature films.
